After spending years in art schools and taking art classes, thinking this was my path, I happened upon a design and communications course and got hooked. It was inspiring to apply my art skills to a new field – creating things that had a purpose and an impact on people.
During my more than 20 years as an art director and creative leader/director,
I’ve worked with many different assignments, assignors and every type of media in every format – print, film and multichannel marketing content. Initially more specialised in design, I now concentrate on the entire journey, from strategy to production.
I love turning complex problems into simple, beautiful and intuitive ideas. No project is too big. I know how to create strong concepts, see the connections and identify the red thread. I have the energy and creative skills to make it come alive. Whatever the project, I always have the end consumer in mind when creating meaningful ideas that can make a difference.
Even if I’m a one-woman business, I prefer to collaborate with others, creatives and assignors. That way, I keep gaining new perspectives and learn new things.
In the last couple of years, I’ve also been responsible for the full scope of projects – from budget and setting up a team to heading up the creative phase and being in charge of production and delivery.
